📅 Friday 4th December 2026

⏰ 6pm to 8pm

📍 The British Museum, London

🎟️ Limited Spaces Available

Join ethnomycologist, psychedelic researcher and ancient history enthusiast Darren Le Baron for the launch of Night at the Museum, a brand new series of immersive guided experiences exploring the hidden histories, sacred symbolism and ancestral wisdom preserved within some of the world’s most fascinating museums.

Our first adventure takes us to London’s iconic British Museum, where we’ll journey through thousands of years of human history, exploring the ancient mysteries of life, death and rebirth, alongside the fascinating relationship between humanity, mushrooms, psychoactive plants and altered states of consciousness.

From the sacred temples and funerary traditions of Ancient Kemet (Egypt) to the mythologies of Africa, Sumer, Mesopotamia and Asia, we’ll uncover the stories behind ancient artefacts, deities, rituals and symbols that continue to inspire curiosity and debate.

Throughout the experience, Darren will share historical insights, ethnomycological research, ancient mythology and alternative interpretations, inviting participants to look beyond the museum labels and question what we think we know about our ancestors.

Whether you’re fascinated by ancient civilisations, mushrooms, psychedelics, mythology or the mysteries of human consciousness, this experience promises to offer a fresh perspective on the stories our ancestors left behind.
