Psychedelics in Africa Reloaded

Psychedelics in Africa - Reloaded

Psychedelic fungi and plants have been used by indigenous African people for personal, spiritual and community development for millennia. Although not often recognised Africa has the oldest records and a rich history of using then not only for healing, but also for communicating with ancestral spirits, as divination tools and for navigating consciousness and the Entheogenic realms.

There are a plethora of indigenous communities using these organic technologies within their daily practice, rituals and initiations, and as part of their rites of passage ceremonies.

Darren Le Baron will take us on a chronological and geographically journey of the continent and share his extensive research, knowledge and experience through the lenses of history and mythology.
