Folkestone - Cowgirls & Egyptians: Blue Blow and Witchy Brews

  • Kollectiv 69 The Old High Street Folkestone, England, CT20 1RN United Kingdom (map)

Darren Le Baron is back with his latest presentation that traces a radical lineage of Goddess wisdom through ancient Africa, entheogenic sacraments, and lived psychedelic initiation.

Beginning with the provocative claim that the Goddess is not something one worships but something one is, the talk reframes feminine wisdom as an embodied intelligence accessed not through books alone, but through direct communion with sacred plants and fungi.

Drawing on psilocybin, Blue Lotus, and acacia-derived DMT, the narrative follows the Great Mother from her ancient African origins becoming the goddess Isis through Hathor, sacred cattle cults, Saharan astronomy, and African plant medicines - revealing Egypt not as an isolated miracle, but as an extension of deep African psychedelic and cosmological technologies oriented toward death, rebirth, and immortality, which later seeded related mystery traditions across ancient Asia, Europe, and beyond.
